Work has begun on a luxury community in Greenville that takes inspiration from one of New York City’s most storied neighborhoods.
Keene Group and Marchant Bateman & Co. of Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate have broken ground on Biltmore Walk, an enclave of 44 high-end residences in Greenville, according to a news release.
The project, at the corner of Pearl Avenue and Biltmore Drive, is being developed in partnership with MHK Architecture, ID Studio Interiors, Ineo Builders, and Knight Strategies.
“We are creating an exceptional, thoughtfully designed living experience that combines historic elegance with modern luxury, high-end finishes and decorative pieces that pay homage to Greenville’s history, all situated in a prime location,” said Kyle Keene, founder and Principal of Keene Group, in the release. “We are thrilled to introduce this beautiful project to the city of Greenville.”
Biltmore Walk draws inspiration from New York City’s Gramercy Park, offering a blend of historic charm and contemporary luxury, the release stated. The community offers walkability and connectivity to Greenville’s many amenities, including the new 40-acre County Square mixed-use development, downtown Greenville and the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail.
“Biltmore Walk will set a new standard for high-end living in the Greenville area and become a highly sought-after community,” said Tom Marchant, broker with Marchant Bateman & Co., in the release. “These carefully designed homes offer a rare opportunity to have an unparalleled living experience in Greenville, South Carolina, which is consistently recognized as one of the best places to live in the United States.”
Key features of Biltmore Walk include:
Park-like setting with ancient oaks and natural aesthetics
Exteriors infused with brick and limestone
Spacious interiors with 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans
High-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliance packages
Private elevators and two-car garages
Rooftop terraces and abundant natural light
Walkability and abundance of greenspaces for residents
“We successfully put together opportunities, from raw land through development and high-end construction, to the final sales and marketing of the end product, said Kendall Bateman, broker at Marchant Bateman and Co., in the release. “With Biltmore Walk, we’re not just creating homes; we’re introducing a new level of luxury and craftsmanship to Greenville. The finishes and aesthetics we’re bringing to this project are truly unprecedented in our market. From meticulously selected materials to custom-designed elements, every detail has been carefully curated to elevate the living experience.”
