We’re pleased to share the first interior renderings of Biltmore Walk, a project we’re proud to represent and one we believe will redefine luxury living in Greenville. These interior renderings showcase the level of design and craftsmanship that is shaping Greenville’s newest luxury townhome community.
From the beginning, the vision for Biltmore Walk has been to create homes that honor tradition while embracing modern sophistication. The interiors draw from European influences and heritage-inspired design, pairing timeless architectural integrity with the comforts of contemporary living. Wide-plank hardwood floors, limestone fireplaces, and soaring staircases set the tone for residences that feel both elegant and welcoming.

Kitchens feature Italian marble countertops, butler pantries, and custom casework, while master suites boast spa-like baths, abundant natural light, and layouts designed for comfort and ease. Every home also includes a private terrace, seamlessly extending living space outdoors.
As Matt Jones of MHK Architecture shared, “Our goal was to create homes that balance timeless elegance with modern livability. With 10-foot ceilings, expansive windows, and suites that rival those of single-family homes, these residences deliver a scale rarely found in townhome living.”
Kelly Ford of FORD Interior Design added, “By layering refined finishes like Italian marble and limestone with living materials that age beautifully, we’ve created interiors that feel both elevated and deeply personal.”
Beyond the renderings, future homeowners will be able to personalize their residences with curated selections of finishes, fixtures, and design details—ensuring each home feels uniquely their own.
With construction well underway, we’re proud to see this vision take shape and confident that Biltmore Walk will stand as one of Greenville’s most distinctive addresses.
