GREENVILLE, S.C. —

A new community being built in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, is drawing inspiration from a historic park in New York City.

This project, developed in partnership with MHK Architecture, ID Studio Interiors, Ineo Builders, and Knight Strategies, is set to "redefine luxury living in the heart of Greenville," according to a news release about the project.

"Biltmore Walk draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of New York City's Gramercy Park, offering a harmonious blend of historic charm and contemporary luxury," the release read. "The community's unique value proposition lies in its exceptional walkability and connectivity to Greenville's finest amenities, including the new 40-acre County Square mixed-use development, downtown Greenville, and the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail."
