Construction will soon be underway for Biltmore Walk, a new high-end townhome development in downtown Greenville.

Biltmore Walk will feature 44 brick and limestone townhomes situated in a park-like setting inspired by New York City’s Gramercy Park. The community will be located at the corner of Biltmore Drive and Pearl Avenue, on the edge of the Haynie-Sirrine Special Emphasis neighborhood.

Keene Development Group is developing the new luxury community. A groundbreaking for the $40 million project was held July 11.

“We are creating an exceptional, thoughtfully designed living experience that combines historic elegance with modern luxury, high-end finishes and decorative pieces that pay homage to Greenville’s history, all situated in a prime location,” said Kyle Keene, founder and principal of Keene Group.

MHK Architecture, ID Studio Interiors, Ineo Builders and Knight Strategies are partnering to develop the project. Marchant Bateman and Co. of Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate is leading the sales effort for the community.

The three- and four-bedroom townhomes will include high-end finishes and appliances, private elevators, two-car garages and rooftop terraces. Kendall Bateman, broker at Marchant Bateman and Co., said Biltmore Walk will introduce a new level of luxury and craftsmanship to Greenville.

A defining feature of the community is its walkability to downtown Greenville, the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail and the 40-acre County Square mixed-use development. Mitch Lehde, national director at MHK Architecture, said Biltmore Walk offers a dynamic living experience for residents with urban convenience, green spaces and unique pedestrian experiences.

“Our vision is to create timeless architecture that crafts a legacy in sustainable luxury that blends seamlessly with the natural beauty of Greenville,” Lehde said.

Developers expect construction of Biltmore Walk to be completed in late 2026.
