Community members gathered together for the groundbreaking of Grammarcy Park-inspired townhomes on the edge of the Haynie-Sirrine Special Emphasis neighborhood.
Keene Development Group is developing Biltmore Walk which will feature 44 brick and limestone townhomes situated in a park-like setting.
MHK Architecture, ID Studio Interiors, Ineo Builders, and Knight Strategies are partnering to develop the project. Marchant Bateman and Co. of Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate is leading the community’s sales effort.
A defining feature of the Grammarly Park-inspired townhome is its walkability to downtown Greenville, the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail, and the 40-acre County Square mixed-use development.
Developers expect the construction of Biltmore Walk to be completed in late 2026.
